BOCI Broker Account Opening Process

　　Opening an account with BOCI is a straightforward process, which can be completed through multiple methods:

• Online Application via BOCI App:
• Download the BOCI app, which integrates stock quotes, news, and trading functionalities.
• Follow the account opening instructions directly in the app.
• In-Person Application:
• Visit the BOCI Securities Limited office located at 18/F, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
• Present original copies of the following documents:
• Hong Kong ID card(s) or passport(s).
• Proof of residential or permanent address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement or utility bill).
• Mail Application:
• Complete and sign the physical account opening documents provided by BOCI.
• Include a copy of the client‘s identity document and address proof issued within the last three months.
• A cheque issued from the client’s account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong (minimum amount of HK$10,000) should be included, made payable to BOCI Securities Limited.
• Mail the documents to BOCI Securities Limited at the specified address.
• Note that the account will only be activated after the cheque is cleared.
