50hertz offers suppliers the opportunity to join the SAP Business Network, which is essential for managing the customer-supplier relationship. Suppliers can register for two types of accounts on the SAP Business Network: Standard Accounts and Enterprise Accounts.

• Standard Accounts:
• Cost: Free of charge.
• Features: Receive purchase orders via email and can flip them into invoices or service entry sheets with minimal input required.
• Transaction Volume: No limit on the number of documents or transaction volume processed.
• Enterprise Accounts:
• Cost: May be free or subject to fees based on the number of documents exchanged and transaction volumes.
• Features: Provides a more convenient interface with multiple tabs, customized reporting capabilities, and access to the Ariba help desk.
• Transaction Volume: May incur fees depending on usage.

50hertz Broker Account Opening Process

To establish a business relationship with 50hertz through the SAP Business Network, follow these steps:

• Registration:
• Suppliers are invited to join the SAP Business Network upon the creation of a business relationship with 50hertz.
• If you already have an account, you can register using your existing credentials.
• Account Types:
• Choose between a Standard Account or an Enterprise Account based on your business needs and transaction volume.
• Submit Required Information:
• Provide necessary details including company information, contact details, and any relevant business credentials.
• Confirmation of Orders:
• Suppliers must confirm orders in the SAP Business Network to efficiently monitor the reception and acceptance of those orders.
• Invoicing Process:
• All invoices must be submitted through the SAP Business Network; other means will be rejected.
