It’s been over a week since I applied for a withdrawal last Monday. They told me it was a third-party problem and then said the money is on the way. But now they all they say is they are being busy.

I deposited money in the platform on January 17, 2019. The spread of the platform at around 8:00 am on the 21st instantly widened 100 pips without any data impact. The most exaggerated is that the highest spread of some currency widened even 300 pips. I also have traded on other platforms. I also checked the quotations of other platforms. At that time, there was no such big spread. When I held a little heavy position, the platform forced my orders to closed out. I asked the technical department to check my order. But they has not given me any reply until now. I can't contact the customer service personnel. I can't contact the account manager who opened the account for me before. He don't call back or reply me over WeChat. He is totally gone. Is this not a typical scam platform? It profits from the clients’ losses. I hopes that the relevant departments or the vast number of investors don't trade on the platform. It’s too dark. When you encountered problems, they are all out of touch.
