The withdrawal will not be processed and was refused! Please help me get my money back!

I browsed ICM's website before and thought that the trading conditions were not bad, but the minimum deposit was a bit high, so I didn't invest. As a result, now I find that the website can no longer be opened! If I deposit money rashly, will I be the victim?
