The customer care attention I desperately needed at a most difficult point in time was very friendly and very effective.

Overall, Baazex is a decent broker, but there might be better options for specific needs, like scalping, social trading.

The spreads are decent, but hearing about their past customer complaints is worrying. The pricing is good, but trust is still an issue.
