Funds Transferred for Temporary Trading Elsewhere: Positive Experience, Future Return Expected

I have removed my funds from my account due to choosing to trade through another broker temporarily. (leverage reasons) They have been helpful and professional. The data feed has been reliable and the platform (Ctrader has been highly effective). I would recommend highly and will return in the future.

Excellent Broker, Until Issues Arise: Support Lags, Crypto Deposit Woes

I can say this is overall a good broker until you have an issue. Support is worst. No reply, long waiting time to get in touch with someone and impossible to do so, deposit crypto support is the worst among all companies I think.
