I opened an account on September 14 in a place called: Gold Oil Hang Seng Index, and when I was asked to enter $700, I only entered $460. Later, I was removed from their strategy group, and I said I wanted to withdraw the money, and as a result, the account was constantly operated. Today, when I went to withdraw the money on September 14, I found that the account lost $190, so I quickly closed the list of their operations and submitted the withdrawal, and as a result, my account immediately received an account cancellation prompt. After I traded a week on TP FinTech, the platform suddenly announced that money can not be deposited. Since I held heavy position, I wanted to deposited money to reduce risks. But it has been one week that money could not been deposited. Then I withdrew money, but the platform did not pay me the promised commission of $680 (one lot with a commission of 85)

TP Fintech automatically increased HSI 50 pips spread and closed market without informing me. After I questioned them, they released an announcement on their website. This is just a fraud. Meanwhile, I cannot close position since 14:13. You can see the time 14:14 on the first picture. The platform is still finding excuses and saying those official language cliché.
