On May 22, 2018, I deposited l5435 US dollars and 5485 US dollars, a total of 10,920 US dollars(I can provide screenshots of my online bank statements). After some transactions, I applied for withdrawing 8246 US dollars on August 14, 2018, which was all I had left after I suffered losses. But Until today (May 21, 2019), I still have not received any withdrawing approval from IDEALl. The withdrawal status remains "pending payment".
