Ever since I deposited, I started to contact the service through online chat. But all those windows on the website told me I should wait for the service’s response. I left messages but they never replied. Whenever I met a problem, no one helped me. I wonder how does this platform run?
They gave me numerous reasons when I first applied for a withdrawal in August last year. The withdrawal audition was passed, but they just won’t give me the money. Later when I tried to withdraw, they started to keep silence or ask me to wait. This is a scam. Be alert.

My name is He Yanli. The platform was introduced to me by friends and then I searched it on FXEYES. My IDEAL account number is 33001572. On May 22, 2018, I deposited l5435 US dollars and 5485 US dollars, a total of 10,920 US dollars(I can provide screenshots of my online bank statements). After some transactions, I applied for withdrawing 8246 US dollars on August 14, 2018, which was all I had left after I suffered losses. But Until today (May 21, 2019), I still have not received any withdrawing approval from IDEALl. The withdrawal status remains "pending payment". I have inquired IDEAL’s online customer service personnel and the staff of FXEYES, but the problem still remains unsolved. Therefore, I chose to expose IDEAL here and demand it to deal with the problem as soon as possible.
