The account is unable to wtihdraw, the platform has been delaying time and looking for various reasons as excuses, and finally blocked my account and cannot log in. No one can be contacted

On April 25th, I made a deposit of 300 US dollars. On May 11th, I made 8,596.67 US dollars, which is 61,896 yuan. The exchange rate of the platform to exchange RMB is 7.2.
