The company is associated with Nirvesh Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, which has been operational since 2004. This relationship allows Veracity Markets to leverage the regulatory framework established by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa, although its specific regulatory status has been a point of contention.

Veracity Markets primarily operates in the retail forex market, providing services to individual traders looking to engage in online trading. With a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, the broker focuses on creating a supportive environment for its clients.

2. Regulation and Compliance Information

Veracity Markets is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa, holding the license number FSP 49924. The FSCA is responsible for overseeing non-banking financial services, ensuring that brokers adhere to strict regulatory standards designed to protect investors.

However, it is important to note that there have been concerns regarding the legitimacy of Veracity Markets' regulatory status. Reports indicate that the FSCA has ordered the broker to cease operations due to alleged unauthorized activities related to over-the-counter derivatives. Consequently, the regulatory status remains in question, and potential clients should exercise caution.

Veracity Markets implements a client funds segregation policy, ensuring that clients' funds are held in separate accounts from the company's operational funds. This practice is crucial for safeguarding investor capital. The broker also adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance measures, which are standard practices in the financial industry.

The broker updates its product offerings regularly to meet the evolving demands of the trading community. Retail trading services are available, with a focus on providing a seamless trading experience for individual clients.

I may also follow the herd and criticise Veracity, but I knew trading was a risk, but I managed to withdraw all funds invested in Veracity in less than 24 hours and their service was better than most brokers (even big players could not provide service on that level!) Veracity also offered a SENZAR pair and no other broker can offer the same! I trade full time and enjoyed trading via this broker! I lost a lot of money in the past, but no loss at Veracity!
