Halcyon Capital Account Type

Halcyon Capital offers two main types of accounts for clients: Individual Accounts and Corporate Accounts.

Halcyon Capital Broker Account Opening Process

Individual Account Opening

• Required Documents:
• Personal identification document (e.g., valid Hong Kong Identity Card or valid Passport).
• A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g., utilities bill, bank statement, or income tax statement).
• Process:
• Bring the required documents to the Halcyon Capital office for the establishment of the securities account.

Corporate Account Opening

• For Hong Kong Incorporated:
• Certificate of Incorporation.
• Memorandum & Articles of Association.
• Latest Annual Return.
• Business Registration Certificate.
• ID/Passport/Certificate of Incorporation copies of Director(s), Authorized Person(s), Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s), and Guarantor(s).
• For Overseas Incorporated:
• Certificate of Incorporation.
• Memorandum & Articles of Association.
• Appointment of First Director.
• Register of Director.
• Register of Member.
• Certificate of Incumbency issued within the last 6 months.
• ID/Passport/Certificate of Incorporation copies of Director(s), Authorized Person(s), Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s), and Guarantor(s).
• Certification Requirement:
• Copies of the required documents must be certified as true copies by a professional person (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, Lawyer).
