Can't log in, no matter the account or web. And I can't withdraw funds. What should I do?
The website is disabled, still less the withdrawal.
That was an epic slippage. The fluctuation when the FED released the interest rate in late December was not that violent. My position was liquidated for no reason. It was an abnormal liquidation. The normal liquidation result is “so: 100%”, but the result of that time was “so: 75.4%”. This is abnormal.
The order was failed to be pended because of slippage! What happened!
I placed the order 13:06 and set the take-profit price.But why the order hasn’t been dealt when the candlestick reached the take-profit price? It is the second time as the situation happened!
In CI Markets’s and OANDA’s live accounts, there is an obvious difference between EUR/USD M1. I do not know how to understand, it is unbelievable!
The service fee for withdrawing money is $25. That is it too outrageous! It clearly cheats of money. Expose this scam platform!
Supervision and photography is provided by small countries, it is estimated to be deliberate to do so, there are unsafe risks, may at any time out of money difficulties, run away!
