The slippage in Zhixuan is serious,almost each order.The platform also set the parameter of close-position interference.As long as clients open positions,they must wait 4 second s to close position,which leads to forced liquidation.I have reported this fraud platform to the police.
There is no use of stopping loss when the market goes fast,which takes place before reaching the point from candlestick.Please don't trust this fraud platform.
Price gaps was used as an excuse why stop order wasn’t triggered when the stock moved past the stop set by me. Take-profit order was triggered when the stock didn’t move past the point.The price of short order is 1423, but it is sold at 1420. What a ridiculous! I examined the quotation over three platform, without finding out price gaps in Candlestick chart. The following pictures say louder that my explanations.
I can’t understand why there is such a spread difference,which never occurred before.The deal wasn’t made at the lowest price(in picture 1),but the lower price(in picture 2).The gap spread between deal price and the price on the chart is more than 140 points.
The stop-loss price was at its highest on candlestick around 6AM,about 1.04460,while the trade was stopped at 5:25.The customer service explained that the price rose to the highest at 5:25,but it was not showing.
With the same logo and different company names, the two trading softwares can be logged in by same account. Is it a clone company?
The PC MT4 terminal I downloaded from Zhixuan has virus. Moreover, it crashed all my other MT4 software of other platforms. All my data were deleted. I can’t trade now.
The MT4 trading software (computer version) in Zhixuan platform has a virus, which causes the MT4 software of other platforms to crash, and the data is forcibly deleted. Is there a problem with the MT4 trading software or other unknown codes have been inserted into the MT4 trading software downloaded from its platform?Please be wisely and carefully download them.
