Crystal Fx ProTrade Broker Review

I am not very satisfied with the customer service provided by Crystal Fx ProTrade, because I saw that their phone is only available to VIP users... so I can only ask questions via email. But they were so slow to reply that it took me almost a full day to get a reply. I think it might be the time difference.
