CLMarkets, officially known as Core Liquidity Markets Pty Ltd, was established in 2013. The company is headquartered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with additional operational support in various regions including Australia and the USA. It operates as a private entity, focusing primarily on providing retail forex and CFD trading services to a global clientele.
Since its inception, CLMarkets has aimed to cater to traders from diverse backgrounds, particularly targeting clients from Latin America and expanding its reach to over 100 countries worldwide. The firm has grown significantly, amassing a user base exceeding 100,000 traders. Key milestones in its development include the introduction of various account types, the integration of the popular trading platform MetaTrader 4, and the establishment of partnerships for educational resources and trading tools.
CLMarkets operates on a multi-asset trading model, offering a wide range of financial instruments, including forex, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. This diverse portfolio allows traders to engage in various trading strategies, enhancing their potential for profit in the global financial markets. As a result, CLMarkets has positioned itself as a versatile broker catering to both novice and experienced traders.
CLMarkets is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, holding the license number 24750-IBC-2018. However, the regulatory oversight in this jurisdiction is often perceived as limited compared to more stringent regulators like the UK‘s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or Australia’s Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This raises concerns regarding the level of protection afforded to clients.
The broker maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance policy, ensuring that client identities are verified and that transactions are monitored to prevent fraudulent activities. However, it is essential to note that the lack of a robust regulatory framework may expose traders to higher risks, as there are no investor compensation schemes in place to safeguard client funds in case of insolvency.
CLMarkets does implement a client fund segregation policy, which means that client funds are kept separate from the company's operational funds. This practice is crucial in ensuring that client funds are protected, even if the company faces financial difficulties.
CLMarkets offers a comprehensive range of trading products, primarily focusing on forex and CFDs. The broker provides access to over 50 currency pairs, including major, minor, and exotic pairs. Some of the most traded currency pairs include EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY.
In addition to forex, CLMarkets offers a variety of CFD products, including:
The broker regularly updates its product offerings to meet market demand, although the range of available assets may be considered limited compared to other brokers. Retail traders can benefit from competitive trading conditions, while institutional clients can inquire about tailored solutions for their trading needs.
CLMarkets primarily utilizes the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform, which is renowned for its user-friendly interface and robust features that cater to traders of all experience levels. The platform is available for download on Windows and Mac devices, and it can also be accessed via a web-based interface.
Key features of the MT4 platform include:
While CLMarkets does not offer a proprietary mobile application, the MT4 platform is available on mobile devices, providing traders with the flexibility to manage their accounts and execute trades on the go. The broker's server infrastructure is designed to ensure fast execution speeds, with a reported fill rate of 99%, which is particularly beneficial for high-frequency traders.
CLMarkets provides two primary account types: Standard Account and ECN Account.

The minimum deposit requirement varies by account type, with the Standard Account requiring a minimum of $100 and the ECN Account requiring $500.
Processing times for deposits generally range from immediate for e-wallets to several business days for bank wire transfers. CLMarkets does charge fees for certain deposit and withdrawal methods, with withdrawal fees varying based on the chosen method. For instance, bank wire withdrawals may incur a fee between $20 and $45, while e-wallet withdrawals typically have lower fees.
CLMarkets offers customer support through various channels, including:
The support team is available 24 hours a day, six days a week, providing assistance in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. However, the absence of a live chat feature on the website may limit immediate support options for clients.
In terms of educational resources, CLMarkets provides access to basic market analysis tools, an economic calendar, and some introductory trading guides. However, the educational offerings may not be as comprehensive as those provided by other brokers, and traders seeking in-depth training may need to look elsewhere.
CLMarkets primarily serves clients from over 100 countries, including regions in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. However, it does not accept clients from certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Australia, Spain, and Japan.
The broker's operational model is designed to comply with the regulations of the regions it serves, but traders should be aware of potential restrictions based on their location. It is advisable for potential clients to review the brokers terms and conditions to ensure compliance with local laws before opening an account.
In conclusion, CLMarkets presents itself as a viable option for traders seeking diverse trading products and competitive conditions. However, prospective clients should carefully consider the regulatory environment and the associated risks before engaging with the broker.

Based on what they advertise i have registered and traded on this broker until i see that there are no true facts: London servers do not exist, Pure ECN is not true, transactions free are not true! Besides that, the broker kept 40$ of my withdraw without a reason, and support do not reply. My account manager when confronted he asked me to have respect, LOL! JUST RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!
