    ICICI Bank Broker Account Opening Process

      To open an ICICI Direct account, follow these steps:

    • Visit the Website: Go to ICICI Direct.
    • Select 'Open Account': Click on the 'Open Account' option.
    • Fill the Application Form: Provide your mobile number, PAN, date of birth, and email ID.
    • Upload Documents: You will need to upload scanned copies of:
      • Passport
      • Valid Visa
      • Address Proof
      • PAN Card
      • Passport-sized photos
      • In-Person Verification (IPV): For NRI accounts, an ICICI representative will visit you for verification.
      • Account Activation: Once your application is verified, your account will be activated within 2 to 7 working days.
      •   For NRIs, the process can be completed online if you reside in the USA, allowing for a paperless application that can be processed in just 2 days. For other countries, the application is typically paper-based.
