Very disappointed with the deposit and withdrawal method. I was using a credit card to deposit money and eventually I cannot withdraw the money through the same channel of the refunding it back.
It is said that the blocked payment will be unlocked after the payment is thawed, and it will always deceive you to deposit money.
On 12/16, it was found that the official website was closed and the server did not respond. The customer service responded that the website will be resumed for maintenance and update by the evening of 12/17. Now, it is 12/21 and it still remain shutted down. I can’t withdraw money after 72 hours and they only read the message but never replied.
The scammer cheated money with a fake website, https://ft001.faylau.cn/h5/#/. They persuaded you to deposited and led you to losses. Finally you could not withdraw and the profits were fake.
Unable to withdraw.
I was scammed $450 by a FXTM TELEGRAM group administrator, I was told they are running a promotion which prompted me to fund my account with $150, the lady later told me I had to pay $300 recommitment fee so i can withdraw.up till now u can't withdraw
Because I can’t provide a complete statement, I’m unable to withdraw. It was an easy case. The broker could check it by himself.
