I made deposit on Millennium Alpha and then I receive a email and said that business of Millennium Alpha was acquired by CapitalWaterIndex. On November 30, it suddenly disconnected and displayed invalid account when I look the market. When official website cannot be opened and unable to withdraw. I contacted customer service but no one reply the email.
The withdrawal took 6 days but it was still under review on the website. The customer service did not reply email.
In July 2021, this platform announced the acquisition of Millennium Alpha. After that, this platform took full responsibility for the account. As a result, I couldn't withdraw money in less than 2 months. I hope to solve it quickly.
I traded with Midland Financial before. In July, The platform sent an email to me saying that it was acquired by capital water. I have never applied for a withdrawal. After submitting the withdrawal application recently, it always shows that my application is under review and I emailed to customer service without reply.
The withdrawal was under review for a long time. The customer service did not reply.
