Conclusion: Funding Pips traders must track equity, balance and the platform-day reset in real time; a closed-trade spreadsheet alone can miss a breach. The hook is that floating losses count toward the published limits, and some models use a trailing floor.
Funding Pips' terms effective May 15, 2026 list different maximum-loss and daily-loss limits by model. The help centre says the daily limit is anchored to the higher of opening balance or equity and resets at 00:00 platform time.
| Model | Maximum loss | Daily loss |
|---|---|---|
| 1-Step | 6% | 3% |
| 2-Step | 10% | 5% |
| 2-Step Pro | 6% | 3% |
| Zero | 5% trailing | 3% |
For the Zero model, the official help article says the 5% trailing floor follows the highest recorded equity until it locks at the starting balance after 5% profit. That mechanism is materially different from a fixed drawdown.
