Is SGFX safe?

I had a disappointing experience with this broker. I deposited funds after being given information about the trading conditions, but later found that the actual conditions were different from what was explained. When I requested a withdrawal, the request was approved, but I did not receive the funds in my wallet within the expected time. I contacted customer support and am still waiting for a clear explanation and resolution. I recommend that new traders verify all trading conditions and withdrawal procedures carefully before depositing.
