I've chatted with the fraud for some time who claimed that his brother-in-law worked in an exchange and he would give me some insider info. Then he sent a photo of a QR code and induced me to deposit funds. 100 for the first time, the second time is 2,000, and then 30,000. I was unable to withdraw since the third time I applied for withdrawal. I was asked to pay over 17,000 to upgrade. Obviously, it is a scam. And this fraud induced me to download various loan apps. And the customer service said something same as he said.
